    Hi! My name is Theresa Ragan and I am a romance writer! Unlike a lot of writers, I didn’t always know I wanted to be a writer. But, I always did enjoy writing stories and poems--mostly when I was sad or confused in my angst-ridden teenage years. I was thirty-three and pregnant with my fourth and last child when I read A Knight In Shining Armor by Jude Devereaux. I enjoyed the story SO much that I knew instantly I wanted to try and write a book. Not because I thought I could do better, but because I wanted to make someone feel good inside, take them away for a few hours of fun and romance. I immediately began to read romances in all genres. And I began to study the market... It takes courage. Fortitude. Determination. It takes flexibility.” I have the above saying hanging near my computer. I read it often. And then I sigh, and get my butt back in front of the computer where I know I need to be if any of my dreams are ever going to come true.
